The Ritual:
Follow the Om ritual morning and night. Take a tiny size amount with your clean middle finger. Rub both middle fingers together and place them on the outer corner side of the eyes. Spread gliding gently towards the lacrimal area and press softly there. Breathe in deeply. Repeat 2 to 3 times. Then, spread it in an upward motion from your eyelids towards the brow bone. Repeat this gentle motion a few times. Be present. Connect to the power of the Om by repeating this mantra 3 times. It’s vibrations have a calming effect on the body.
