Are your products really 100% natural?

Yes. Every Calma Rituals formula is 100% natural and toxin-free — no harsh chemicals, ever. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade in small batches with plant-powered ingredients.

In what order should I use the products?

For your face: tone with Rosa Hermosa Face Toner, then apply Calma Glow Face Elixir Oil or Musa Venus Face Oil depending on your skin type — warm a few drops between your palms and press into damp skin. Finish with the Rose Quartz Gua Sha for a sculpting, lymphatic massage.

For your body: massage Luna y Sol or Passiflora Body Oil into your skin daily — they pair beautifully with our massage tools for a deeper ritual.

For your hair and scalp: work Santo Remedio Hair & Scalp Oil in with the Bamboo and Silicone Scalp Massager.

Is Calma Rituals good for sensitive skin?

Our formulas use gentle, plant-based ingredients with no harsh chemicals, and many customers with sensitive or reactive skin love them. Everyone’s skin is different though, so we always recommend a patch test on a small area first.

How soon will I see results?

Skincare is a ritual, not a race. Many customers tell us they notice softer, calmer, more radiant skin within the first few weeks of consistent daily use.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes — always. We never test on animals.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Orders usually ship out within 1–3 business days, and then take about 2–5 days in transit. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order — you’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition — for hygiene reasons, opened skincare can’t be returned. To start a return, email calmarituals@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request.” Refunds go to your original payment method.
